Terms of Service

By accessing or using NutriLoop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NutriLoop is a cloud-based platform that helps nutrition professionals create meal plans, manage client records, and track progress. The Service is available via web browser at app.nutriloop.co.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may register using an email/password or via Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• NutriLoop offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Professional, Clinic) billed monthly in euros (€).
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store prohibited content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or connected networks.
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

• You retain full ownership of the data you upload or create in NutriLoop (client records, meal plans, notes).
• You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from your clients to store their information in the platform.
• We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

NutriLoop is a practice management tool. It does not provide medical or nutritional advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the meal plans and recommendations you create for your clients.

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
• Support is provided via email. Response times depend on your plan tier.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NutriLoop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (within 30 days).

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where we are established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
